Upper
Frederick Street as it is now. The old houses at the top of the street
and the insanitary courts at the bottom of the street were cleared away
years ago; the latest generation of houses are new and modern, well spaced
out and, the day we visited, the gardens were in full bloom. (Aug 2003)
