"Chakrata 1942, ? + Bill" Dad was sent to the hill hospital in the Himalayas because he had contracted rheumatic fever and was very ill. I'm not sure whether, seeing him on the horse (right) he was not fully recovered or just nervous of the horse! 62 Squadron Gallery |

There is no description on the back, it is likely to be the Himalayas, can Everest be in the background? The animal at the front could be a Yeti but, on a large scan, looks like a small dog, probably the photographer's. 62 Squadron Gallery |
