Ellery (1838-) |
William Ellery was born in the Bodmin area of
Cornwall in 1838 and was living in Toxteth Park, Liverpool by 1851. He
married Grace Warburton of Radford, Nottingham. They lived in Liverpool with their children -
John, Amelia, Alfred, George and Grace. His occupation was
Outdoors Customs Officer, later retired. |

Amelia Ellery was a daughter of William
and Grace Ellery. She married John Alexander Ralston on 26 May 1890 at St
Mary's Church, Edge Hill, West Derby, Liverpool. Amelia and John Alexander
had seven children: William, John Alexander, David, Amelia, Gertrude Maud,
Albert and Doris, all born in Liverpool. |

daughter of William and Grace Ellery. She
married Harry Nuttall in 1900 at All Saints Church, Stoneycroft,
Liverpool. They had a son, Herbert Henry Nuttall, in 1902. Grace was a
dressmaker and often made my mother's clothes. |

Amelia - known as Milly - was born in
Liverpool in 1898. She married James (Jim) McCluskey and they lived in
Roby, near Liverpool. They did not have any children. Milly lived in Roby
until she was 96 years old. |
